Poor Miley, as if transitioning from teen to young adult isn't hard enough, now she has to face the fact that her parents are divorcing after 17 years of marriage. If you've been together for that long it seems two mature adults could work it out and keep their family intact. How will this new situation effect her working relationship with her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus? Her obvious closeness with her father could leave her torn between the two of them. Generally, a girl will side with her mom, especially if there are nasty rumors of cheating. Billy Ray certainly has many opportunities for some outside of marriage action. Shame on him if that is true. His country music fans would certainly not approve! Of course most of his recent career has not been in the country music genre, but has been on television, first with Doc, and now on Miley's show. Look at Tish...OMG she is beautiful, so she won't be lonely too long. Call it old fashioned, but here's hoping they work it out if only for their kids' sake.
